Join the curator of the 2015 Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival public art program, Nadine Wasserman, for a public art walking tour of the 2015 TRAF projects. Participants will see work by artists Michelle Illuminato, Rudy Shepherd, Fernando Orellana, and Mike Arcega.
